Cooperation Case with US Client S & H

This marks the fifth cooperation between our company and this US client team consisting of Mr. S and Mr. H.

Back in 2025, the client placed their first trial order of 2 remanufactured K114 transmissions with our sales team, solely for quality testing to verify the stability of our remanufactured gearboxes. Just one month later, they returned with a repeat order for 4 units of U660E transmissions, which served as the second order.

For their third order, they purchased a mixed batch of 15 transmissions covering a wide range of mainstream models, including Nissan JF015E, JF016E, Honda HRV transmission, UA80E, U760E and Corolla gearboxes. Their consistent reorders and diversified mixed model procurement fully prove that they are a high-quality trade partner with stable large demand and full recognition of our product quality.

Benefiting from our fast shipment lead time and consistent positive feedback on product performance, the client issued their fourth order of 40 mixed-model transmissions. Only half a month after paying the 30% deposit for this batch, Mr. S and Mr. H flew directly to China to conduct on-site inspection at our factory. During their factory visit, they immediately placed their fifth bulk order — a full container containing around 150 remanufactured transmissions.

We extended our sincere warm welcome to the two clients. Our five-person professional team provided full one-week accompanying service throughout their stay. We covered all business matters including commercial negotiation, order specifications, model selection, quantity confirmation and weight arrangement, as well as arranged customized travel and shopping experiences to satisfy their personal leisure demands.

What started as a simple buyer-supplier relationship quickly grew into close friendship. It took us six months of online communication to build initial business trust, yet only three days of face-to-face interaction for them to fully recognize our team’s thoughtful, all-round service. Mr. S and Mr. H repeatedly shared that their trip felt like a wonderful dream, praising everything they experienced in China.
