1. Before installation: flush the vehicle cooling system completely, replace the transmission oil cooler, old cooler debris will damage new rebuilt transmission.
2. Replace transmission oil filter and oil pan gasket together during installation.
3. Use Toyota specified CVT fluid (Toyota TCVT fluid), do NOT mix other transmission oil.
4. After install, perform transmission adaptation / reset learning procedure with professional diagnostic scanner.
5. Road test: after installation, complete stall test and adaptive drive cycle, check for slippage, abnormal noise or leakage.
6. Our engineer team can provide remote technical support for installation troubleshooting for bulk buyers.
