Do not stack heavy goods directly on top of the converters. Our anti-rust film and oil only provide temporary protection, so long-term stock should be inspected every 3–4 months. If you plan to keep large inventory, we also recommend extra anti-rust packaging options which we can prepare for you before delivery.

Q: If we mix this torque converter with other transmission spare parts in one container, will there be extra packaging risk?

A: Mixing torque converters with other transmission parts in one FCL or LCL container is acceptable, but we need to take extra protective measures. Torque converters are heavy metal parts. Without separate reinforced cartons and foam wrapping, they may shift during ocean transit and hit delicate items like solenoids, valve bodies or seal kits. Our standard individual package already has thick foam, but for mixed loading, we can add corner guards and wooden braces for each converter upon request. We will mark heavy goods clearly on cartons so your forwarder can arrange them at the bottom of the container. We also advise you to separate heavy and fragile SKUs when arranging loading plans.

Q: Can you supply the inspection test report for each batch of 6R80 torque converters together with shipment documents?
